Return items:
Please note that:

• You can send back your product(s) to the senders address in Hoofddorp which is printed on the shipping label.
  You can not send it to "Postbus 1383" because this is a mailbox which can not take on packages.
• Please add your packing slip or another paper with your order number and a list of the product(s) you are sending back.
• We can not take back used products. Your return must in the original packaging.
  
• Please pack the product(s) carefully so they arrive undamaged.
• Sending in your request in English or Dutch will get you the fastest answer.
• If possible ad tracking@simxpro.com to the track and trace of your return.
