Perhaps we can help you even faster with answers to the most frequently asked questions: Okay, I'd like to check that out first.

Please do not send in "when do I get my order" requests. We can no longer answer these requests because this is unnecessarily slowing down your and other customers orders. Orders are usually ready to ship in 3-5 business days. When you ordered after 11:00 AM that day does not count as a business day. Weekend also does not count as a business day. You will get informed when your order is ready to get shipped.
Please read the product description: if there is a longer lead time or a pre-order date it is mentioned in the top line.
*It's not that we don't want to answer you but unfortunately we regularly receive over 50 of these requests a day when the order is not even made 3 days before.

Requests regarding your order:
Please note that:
  • We will always notify you with the Track & Trace link as soon as it's available. Also check your spam folder. 
  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order once the payment process is completed.
  • Requests get linked to your order. Make sure that you fill in all the fields correctly. Incorrect requests will not reach us.
  • We try to help you as good as we can. In some cases we have to sort things out before we can answer your request.
  • Sending in your request in English or Dutch will get you the fastest answer.

It's not possible to change orders after checkout.
