Due to the current situations packages can get delayed but never lost. If you have not received your complete order at once, we would like to ask you to give the carrier some time to deliver the rest of your order within the next business days. 

Requests regarding your shipment:
Please note that:
  • We will always notify you with the Track & Trace link as soon as it's available. Also check your spam folder. 
  • For multiple packages you will have multiple tracking links at the bottom of the track and trace email. 
  • Seats get their own track and trace email. (except for the basic seats, these ship with your normal order.)
  • It can take up to 3 business days before tracking gets available. It can happen that your package stays for 2 days in a depot. 
  • Seats take longer to deliver and Track & Trace is less accurate on these shipments because they are shipped as freight.
  • It can happen that your order does not get delivered all at once on the same day. This can happen because of the size and weight of the different packages. The other packages will arrive soon. A request is not necessary.
  • We don't have more information about tracking then available in the track and trace links. 
  • Sending in your request in English or Dutch will get you the fastest answer.
  • We try to help you as good as we can. In some cases we have to sort things out before we can answer your request.
